Focus Keys for iPhone

Coming to the App Store.

The iPhone app is in Apple review. Sign in on the web to prepare your account and connect your assistant; the app pairs with a 6-character code in seconds.

What you need

iPhone running iOS 16 or later.
Screen Time access for Focus Keys (asked once, revocable in Settings).
An assistant that speaks MCP — Muse, ChatGPT or Claude — if you want it to hold the keys. Without one, the app still runs your schedules for free.

Pairing

Sign in here and open the dashboard, or ask your assistant to create a pairing code.
In the app: Connect → enter the code.
Done. Blocks, passes and schedules now flow both ways.
